⇒ To schedule a session, you can reach out to us via email, text, or call for the best possible date and time for you.

⇒ You will be asked to complete the client information form on the website and will receive a waiver to complete.

⇒ The completed form should include your name, city/state, gestational age, and the number of gestations and the name and phone number of the physician or midwife.

⇒ We require a $40 non-refundable booking fee that goes toward your desired package to save your date and time.

⇒ For your convenience, we accept many forms of payment including Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or Cash.

⇒ **We require at least 3 days’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

⇒ If scheduled session is cancelled less than 48 hours you are agreeing to release the nonrefundable booking fee to Royal Baby Imaging.

***Remember you must be under the care of an OB/GYN Physician or midwife and have had a diagnostic ultrasound prior to this session.
